Pitched roofs

Not only is Foamseal a much faster and therefore less expensive solution to re-roofing or cutting foamboards to fit, it works much more efficiently, since all gaps through which heat is lost are sealed. This also restricts the movement of water vapour into the loft, which reduces the risk of condensation.

Foamseal's unique sealing qualities also have a significant effect on reducing airborne sound penetrating the property.

Better air quality
There are no noxious or odious fumes or vapours in the cured foam. Foamseal is recommended for those suffering from allergies, asthma or other respiratory problems. It contains no formaldehyde and has no detectable emissions once cured. It contains no fibres and does not shrink, sag, settle, slip or turn to dust. Humidity and condensation are better controlled so health concerns regarding mould or mildew are relieved.

Get a fully useable loft space
Foamseal is such an effective insulation when applied between the rafters, that you only need to use 100mm of insulation at the floor level of your loft space. This means that you can use chipboard on the floor of your loft to create a useable loft space without compromising insulation performance.
