What can Foamseal do
for my roof?
Age takes its toll on a roof and as the nails and slates or tiles degrade, it becomes progressively less able to withstand water penetration and storm damage. At some point you may be faced with the unpleasant prospect of a re-roof – often disruptive, time consuming and very expensive. Here is how Foamseal can help.
1. We can repair your roof
Foamseal’s trained technicians can repair or replace any lost or damaged areas of your roof to ensure it is secure and retains its original character.
2. We apply Foamseal spray applied insulation foam
Foamseal is applied either to the underside of your roofing felt or, if your roof is unfelted, directly to the back of the slates or tiles. Not only will existing problems be rectified, your roof will also be far stronger and more resilient.
3. You get a dry, clean, useable loft space
Foamseal insulates so effectively that you not only have a drier and cleaner loft space, but a warmer one as well, so the risk of pipes and tanks freezing is eliminated. This is the ideal solution if you need extra space in your home and is perfect if you are planning to create an extra room in your attic.
Rethinking refurbishment
Foamseal spray-applied foam provides many of the solutions to stabilise and insulate roofs, walls and floors, in line with the Building Research Establishment’s ambitious programme to meet the challenges to sustainably refurbish and upgrade the UK’s existing housing stock.
